About the Senior Program

The senior program operates from the beginning of September to the end of June, with prospective members joining at any time.

Grading examinations are held on a regular basis, and advancement is based on the individual's commitment to judo.

For Fitness

Overall fitness and improved movement skills are the aims of our senior practices and members work on those aspects that fit their personal goals.

For Self-Defense

Sessions cover all areas of stand-up as well as mat-work techniques.

Self defense movements are incorporated into our program at various times.

For Competitors

Our competitive members have very good success at provincial, national, and international tournaments, returning with a fair number of medals and trophies.
